The Heart of Business is led by author, teacher and entrepreneur Diana Brook. With decades of experience in the wellness and yoga industry Diana is devoted to help you realise your greatest potential to live and work authentically.

In the process of her own yoga teacher training Diana consciously healed her own limiting beliefs and went on to create her own dream yoga business and is excited to share her expertise to turn your dreams into reality.

  • Yes, and congratulations on soon becoming a certified yoga teacher! Please add the date of your course completion on your enrolment form.

  • The Heart of Business programme has been designed for ambitious start-ups and for existing yoga businesses. This programme is perfect if you’re looking to take your business to the next level.

  • This group mentoring programme will be livestreamed via zoom. You’ll receive the all important link via email when you sign up.

  • We meet online each week for 3hrs over 5 consecutive weeks to cover each of the modules in-depth. Plus a further 2 hours per week of self study will be expected to complete tasks relevant to each module along with journal submission to record your weekly exploration.
